Victoria - Hair extensions and hair replacement are her passion and she is always in pursuit of the best and most up to date methods,  trying many hair extension techniques over the years, as well as developing her own method Flatlocks which she owns the trademark for.  Glamour also has their own  complete range of branded products specifically aimed for extension and wig users.  These are all cruelty free and have now been given the Vegan status of approval too.

She believes in maintaining strong relationships with staff who are regularly motivated with extra learning courses, and team building outings (Cocktails and lounge meals a must) She prefers to be a team member than the boss

Work satisfaction is paramount consulting with clients to ensure that their personal requirements are covered from all aspects including, the best technique to match their hair type, the most natural look and finally the cut and style ensuring a happy and feeling good about themselves client every time.

 

Victoria is currently overseeing a project working with Cancer charities to provide a wig bank for patients on referral who cannot afford high quality wigs something she is passionate about, from personal and family experiences

Victoria holds a Diploma  Master Hair Extensionist she is a State registered Senior Stylist and Colour Specialist trained to NVQ level 4 in both hairdressing, hair extensions and advanced barbering and also  as well as being a qualified hair Integration & hair Replacement practitioner to both male. female  and Transgender clients,  which she loves doing and her ethos is 'all about changing peoples lives, and restoring confidence and happiness.'

 

Continuing her learning path (mature student) Victoria is still as usual, looking to enhance her career is attending the University of Birmingham September for a Degree in  Aesthetic Practitioner

She is also a fully qualified educator of hair extensions within the UK

Qualified also in Athens where she opened her own hair and beauty salon for 4 1/2 years. She was also a hair and beauty editor of Nisea women's magazine (Greece) offering hair care advice and monthly makeovers to readers.

​

Whilst also training she has developed her own safe and effective techniques taught in accredited ABT (Association of Beauty Therapists) and Towergate (Insurance Services) hair extension courses with local wholesalers.
